Aaron is a native Missoulian and started Summit Property Management in 2005. Initially he was managing around twenty investment units and performing all of the functions related to the business, from answering the phones and processing applications to leasing, bookkeeping and hands-on maintenance. Aaron and his team now lease, manage and perform maintenance on nine hundred plus residential and commercial units including single family homes & apartments, home owner's associations and several hundred thousand sq. ft. of office, retail & industrial space.

Aaron holds a degree in History from the University of Montana, is a Licensed Property Manager, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) where he holds both the Residential Management Professional (RMP) and Master Property Manager (MPM) designations & is a member of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) where he is a candidate for the CCIM designation. Aaron served as President of the Western Montana Chapter of NARPM in 2009 and served on the National NARPM Finance Committee from 2014-2016. He has managed and owned commercial and residential investment property since 1999 and loves the challenges, opportunities and relationships formed in the Real Estate business.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys cycling, hiking, motorcycling, boating, skiing, reading, cooking, coaching and spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

Chira is a Missoula native and has been with Summit Property Management since the beginning of 2006. Chira obtained her property management license early in 2005 and had been exposed to the real estate management industry for many years prior through family owned investment management.

Chira is currently the Vice President of Summit Property Management and has owned rental property since 2004.

Chira is a proud mother of two beautiful children. She loves being a mom and spending time with her wonderful family and friends. Chira also loves traveling and has spent several years in Australia, California and Hawaii enjoying the oceans. Reestablished in Montana, she spends time hiking, gardening, cooking and playing at Flathead lake.

Christine Dye

Christine has an Associate Degree in Accounting and over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She is also the Treasurer for her church.

Christine is a transplant from Pennsylvania who relocated to Missoula with her family in July of 2009 to be closer to Glacier National Park and Yellowstone and all of the beautiful places that the northwest has to offer. She enjoys attending all of the local cultural and sporting events. Go Griz!

Christine’s interests include being very active in her church, spending time with her family, and walking their 90 lb. Australian Cattle dog, Alfred.

Robin Poiré

Robin is a third generation Montanan and joined our team in April of 2013. She began working in property management in 1995 and obtained her property management license in 2004.

Robin and her husband have enjoyed spending time together renovating their home in Missoula and their lake front property on Flathead Lake, which they continue to enjoy sharing with family and friends.

Chastie Willes

Chastie moved to Missoula in 2008 from Idaho. She has 2 children who keep her busy when she is not at work. She enjoys spending time with her children, friends and traveling to see family in Idaho. When she is not at work she is out camping, hiking, reading, or just enjoying all the activities that Missoula has to offer.

Chastie received her Property Manager license in January of 2011 and like to help people find a place that fits their needs.

Kari Wafstet

Kari has Minnesota roots and is a transplant to Montana when she moved to the state in 2012. She graduated from University of Wisconsin – River Falls with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration - Management. Kari has been with Summit Property Management since 2014 and received her Property Management license soon after being hired. Since then, she has obtained her Real Estate license and is finding new learning opportunities in that field.

Glacier National Park is her favorite place to spend time with her family. She is active in the community with her role as a foster/adoptive parent.

Mercedes Price

Mercedes was born and raised in Montana. She spent 3 years in the Bakken Oil Field where she decided to pursue a career in property management. She relocated back to Missoula and joined the Summit Property Management Team knowing it would be a great place to further her career.

She loves Missoula and all that it has to offer. She loves to enjoy live music and traveling. She also enjoys spending time on the folf course, floating the river and spending time with her family and friends.

Kurt Krug

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Kurt is a 25 year naturalized Montanan. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison, studying English Literature, and for many years worked in the art-house film and concert community in downtown Missoula. Now he helps people find housing instead of entertainment, but is glad to still be working closely with many MIssoulians.

In his spare time, Kurt writes and is learning basic computer programming. He enjoys games of many different kinds, taking hikes with his wife of 20 years and taking care of his four, furry, feline children.

Kayla Granlund

Kayla moved to Missoula in 2010 to attend college at the University of Montana, she graduated in 2016 with a bachelor degree in media arts. Kayla loves spending time with her husband Allen and their 3 dogs (Mollie, Lucy and Mickey). They enjoy hiking, exploring the hot springs and floating the river. Kayla doesn’t have any children, however she would like to start a family when the time is right.

Clare Trepanier

Clare moved to Missoula from Connecticut in 2008, after over a decade of visiting the family-friendly town made her fall in love with the area and want to raise her family here. She later studied Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Entertainment Management at the University of Montana, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and 2 Certificates in just 3 years. Having already worked extensively in the complementary fields of customer service and marketing, Clare set her sights on property management and housing accessibility.

In her free time, Clare loves to spend time with her husband and son, and their cats. Their favorite family hobby is Magic: The Gathering, a strategic tabletop card game. Passionate about both entrepreneurship and sustainability, Clare has worked towards creating pocket neighborhoods of quality tiny and small homes to offer a unique and affordable home-ownership option in the Missoula area. Her housing project Bonsai Communities has been garnering local public interest since 2016.

Karly Becker

Karly is a native Missoulian who brings over 10 years of property management experience to our Summit team. She earned her experience in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, gaining industry knowledge and a passion for helping people find suitable housing. While in the Twin Cities Karly earned her Associate of Art’s degree from Saint Paul College and intends to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Now back in Missoula, Karly has earned her Property Manager license and is re-establishing herself in her home town. She is looking forward to discovering good hiking trails, enjoying a few rounds of disc golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Michael Falkner

  • Licensed Commercial Property Manager

Michael raised his family in southeast Idaho and moved to Missoula in 2010. His family was instantly enamored by the community and the sense of togetherness that all the downtown events bring. His previous work was in cultural resource management and archaeology. Michael attended Idaho State University and holds degrees in Anthropology, and a Minor in American Indian Studies.

Together, with his significant other, he enjoys watching their adult children progress on their paths in life. In his spare time he enjoys walking with his partner and their dog Annie, playing guitar, and replicating stone tools. His family hopes to grow deep roots in Missoula, and loves the nearby outdoor opportunities the greater Missoula area affords.

Lisa Balentine

  • Customer Service Representative

Lisa has over 20 years of Customer Service, 2 years of Sales and Collections experience under her belt. Lisa enjoys the satisfaction of helping people and has the drive to do a good job at whatever she sets her mind to. Lisa has been employed at SPM as a Customer Service Representative since April and feels right at home. Lisa plans on making a career out of SPM by one day getting her Property Management License.

Born and raised in a small town of Superior Montana. She raised her two girls for the majority of their childhood in Missoula Montana where they still reside as adults. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Billy such as going out riding their side by side, camping or anything having to do with the outdoors. Together they have a large family including 8 grandchildren ranging from ages 10 months to 10 years old. Lots of loves and spoiling is done especially around the holidays. In her spare time Lisa also enjoys crafts and late night movies.

Jennifer Lilly

Jenny was born and raised in Kansas, then moved to Missoula in 2009. She has over 25 years of customer service experience. While living in Kansas she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from Kansas State University.

Jenny enjoys helping people, likes to go hiking and camping with her husband and 3 dogs: Petunia, Mr. Beefcake and Sally.

Jacob Fallon

  • Assistant Property Manager

Originally trained in Funeral Arts and Services, Jake chose to continue is education in Montana. He moved to Missoula in 2014 to attend the University at Montana. Jake graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Entertainment Management. He loves spending time with his family, enjoying all that Missoula has to offer, and helping others appreciate what a beautiful city they have.

Ben Boatwright

Benjamin Boatwright was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area, then moved to Colorado. He and his family moved to Montana in 2016. He is the father of 3 sons and has been married to his wonderful wife Connie for 24 years. His biggest goal is to help others and treat everyone with respect. He enjoys many different genres of music as well as rafting, skiing and hunting.

Shelley Thomas

Thom was born in Glendale CA. He is the father of three, grandfather of six, and married to his best friend Michelle. He has ten plus years of Military service. He also has 35 years of maintenance related experience including 5 years retail of building materials. His hobbies and interests include hunting, fishing, camping, boating, 4 wheeling and wood working. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Bill Stratton

  • Maintenance Technician

Bill has spent most of his life in the Missoula area. He has also lived in Phoenix, AZ as well as Auburn, WA. He is married to Beth and father to their son Scott. Bill was hired on with Peak Maintenance after selling a business that he had operated for a number of years. He felt it was time for a change and the maintenance field appealed to him for the wide range of tasks that the position offers. He never knows what his day will be like from one day to the next. That keeps him looking forward to the next adventure. He enjoys the challenges and problem solving that is required to deal with those challenges. His coworkers are supportive and help him do the best job that he can do for our valued customers.

Daniel Boatwright

  • Maintenance Technician

Daniel Boatwright is in his early 20's, was born in Aspen Colorado and moved to Missoula in 2015. He enjoys music, the outdoors and vehicles. He also likes to raft and rock climb in his spare time. Dan has been learning the aspects of carpentry, plumbing, landscaping and mechanics for many years. He is good at troubleshooting different problems and enjoys learning. Dan takes pride in being able to help people in need, and really appreciates it when people are respectful. It makes his job extremely rewarding.
